Color can be changed only via Color Selection dialog. Color selection in Font dialog displayed, because without it font effects can't be used.

Just Manager doesn't support undo feature. Will be introduced in future versions.

Release notes:
1. Folder can't be open if it's called like environment variable - fixed.
2. Tabs don't respect name when "Check all paths on startup" option enabled - fixed.
3. Main toolbar custom buttons icon sometimes not loaded on startup - fixed.
4. FTP operation progress bugs fixed.
5. Calling context menu from panel blank space cause crash when NC style and RMB selection enabled - fixed.
6. Fixed crash when drag-and-dropping item to menu header in Main Menu settings page.
7. Locked (nav allowed) path not returned when current path becomes not valid - fixed.

Сейчас экспорт настроек использует тот-же механизм, что и сохранение настроек, так что добавление такой функциональности потребует многих изменений в коде.

I see. Don't know why it doesn't work. Just Manager invokes explorer "copy" menu item in this case. Maybe it somehow associated with application and when JM is closed, copy operation can't be performed.
